BANYUWANGI TYPICAL RICE TEMPONG, COMPLETE WITH CORN OMELET, SAMBEL TEMPONG






 Ingredients of Banyuwangi typical nasi tempong:


Tofu and tempeh to taste
2 cloves of white abwang
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp broth powder
A little water

Salted fish to taste
Cooking oil for frying tofu, tempeh, and salted fish.

Corn omelet ingredients:

2 sweet corn husks

Seasoning puree:

5 cloves of shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 cm key meeting
10 curly red peppers
1/2 tbsp fried shrimp paste

1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp broth powder
5 tbsp wheat flour

Fry enough to fry the corn omelet.

Ingredients for stewed vegetables:

Long beans
Chayote
Spinach
Cucumber (not boiled)

Ingredients for sambel tempong:

4 handfuls red cayenne pepper
1.5 tbsp fried shrimp paste
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp micin/MSG
3 tomatoes
4 lemons

Serve with fluffy white rice.
